About Arms Acres
Arms Acres is a drug rehab in Carmel, New York. The center provides residential medical detox, medicated-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) programs, and aftercare for young adults, adults, and gender-specific groups. Specialized services are available for adolescents, the LGBTQ+ community, and veterans. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At Atms Acres, clients receive a structured environment in a 191-bed facility to manage their withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol, are used with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviews, and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) to prevent relapse. Amenities include holistic counseling approaches, such as yoga and equine therapy, meals, a gym, and 54 acres of rural wilderness.
After detox, clients may transition into detox, which continues counseling, drug testing, education workshops, and coping strategies. Arms Acres may make referrals for specialized substance abuse programs in outside treatment centers.
Arms Acres is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Arms Acres offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicard and is in network with Fidelis, HealthFirst, MetroPLus, and MVP. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
