About East Side Clinical Laboratory Greenville
Clinical Services of Rhode Island (CSRI) provides outpatient rehab and addiction treatment services that embody the American Addiction Centers “big-picture” approach for helping you or your loved one struggling with substance abuse.
After a detox evaluation, if you or your loved one requires detoxification from alcohol or other substances, CSRI ensures a safe, medically-monitored detox period. These services are available to those clients following medical clearance after a thorough medical, psychosocial, and behavioral assessment and determination by a physician that the client is medically and behaviorally stable.
Admissions
The client’s initial comprehensive medical evaluation client includes:
Comprehensive assessment
Urine toxicology screening
Detox Medications
Prior to the initial detox evaluation, a CSRI practitioner will give the client a Breathalyzer test for alcohol. If the client’s substance withdrawal symptoms are clinically appropriate, CSRI will administer detox medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol during the necessary stages of outpatient detoxification. CSRI offers training programs for both clients and professionals in the use of Narcan in emergency situations.
