Offutt Air Force Base Alcohol and Drug Treatment is a military substance abuse treatment provider in Bellevue, Nebraska, serving active duty Air Force personnel and eligible beneficiaries.

The ADAPT Program offers outpatient services including substance use evaluations, individual and group therapy and medication assisted treatment.

The program is designed with military readiness in mind, supporting service members in returning to unrestricted duty or transitioning to civilian life.

The program provides outpatient substance abuse treatment services including individual therapy, group therapy and comprehensive substance use assessments.

Evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, 12 step facilitation and relapse prevention are used alongside medication assisted treatment options including Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, Vivitrol, Acamprosate and Disulfiram.

The program also offers specialized DUI or DWI prevention education and treatment tracks.

Who can get help?

Services are available to active duty Air Force personnel and eligible beneficiaries with TRICARE including young adults and adults ages 18 and up of all genders.

The program also treats cooccurring mental health and substance use disorders through integrated dual diagnosis care.
