The first step into their medical detox program is the intake assessment. The assessment will go over your substance use history, medical history, mental health and your treatment goals. Although it’s the shortest phase of the recovery process, detoxing is the most crucial part. You’ll have individualized care in their intimating setting. With their medical personnel and clinical staff on site 24/7, you’ll be properly monitored as they manage your withdrawal symptoms.
If needed, medication assisted treatment (MAT) is provided. Medication that has been approved by the FDA will provide you with comfort. The medication will help reduce your substance craving and ease your withdrawal symptoms. Following your detox treatment, you’ll enter into the residential program.
I like that you will have a spacious room with a flat screen television and Dish network. I also like that there is a private chef that cooks three gourmet meals a day. You’ll also have open access to snacks and beverages. Their community game has karaoke, a pool table, mini basketball and guitars. Plus, it’s right next door to Siebenthaler Park and not too far from Bonney Lake so you can relax outdoors.
Their sober studios and music therapy really stood out to me. Sober studios is their in-house music production and recording studio. With this form of music therapy, you’ll have a healthy outlet to channel your emotions, feelings and thoughts. The equipment provided is industry level. Your time in this program will teach you how to write songs, audio recording basics and music production.
