A Residential Drug Rehab in the Capital of Mississippi
The facility features a total of 70 beds to accommodate both male and female clients. In terms of what a typical day here looks like, you can expect to start your days at 6am. You then spend a few hours doing chores, having breakfast, and making the most of any extra private time to engage in reflective activities like meditation or journaling.
From here you may engage in screenings of therapeutic films and psychoeducational groups. After lunch, peer group discussions are held, and by late afternoon, you’ll have more downtime to rest, exercise, work on any assignments, or socialize. Evenings are for support group meetings like Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or other 12-step programs. You’ll be relieved to know that on weekends, you’re allowed to sleep in. You’ll have more free time to complete any assignments and take part in leisure activities. On Saturdays, recreational therapy is also available.
