Weems Community Mental Health Center Weems Life Care

At Weems Community Mental Health Center, clients have a methodical environment to ease withdrawal pains and begin their recovery. In residential detox, up to 36 clients receive 24/7 supervision as they reduce cravings and strengthen their recovery. A case management team that may include social workers, nurses, physicians, and support staff administer care and conduct periodic evaluations to prevent relapse. The initial program can last 30 days.

After detox, clients may be eligible for a second inpatient stay to monitor acute conditions. An intensive outpatient program is also available to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Additional therapy can include life skills development, career coaching, health education classes, and peer support programs. A mobile unit and crisis intervention team are available. Weems Community Mental Health Center may make referrals to outside facilities for specialized substance abuse programs.

Weems Community Mental Health Center offers self-pay and financing options. Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP are accepted. The center is in-network with BlueCross/BlueShield. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
