Located 45 miles west of Nashville along the Piney River, our flagship treatment center is nestled among the beautiful woodlands and rolling hills of central Tennessee. Visitors often say they feel a healing presence on our scenic campus, and it’s true — healing is witnessed here every day.
At The Ranch Tennessee, we use a social learning model. Clients live in gender-separate, home-like cottages where they prepare meals and maintain their living space with a small group of other residents. This unique setting provides a microcosm of “real-life” situations and relationships and offers ample opportunities for support and connections, personal growth, interpersonal development and putting new recovery skills into practice. We offer a wide range of traditional, experiential and adventure therapies, including DBT-enriched programs.
