This specialized residential track offers tailored care for expectant mothers and women with children under age seven. You can access comprehensive substance abuse care in their 92 bed facility.
Detox is also available at another BARC location close by. You can access 24/7 triage services as well as ongoing medical and clinical support to reach stabilization. They also offer referrals to continuing care, including residential and outpatient options.
They accept most private, public and commercial insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance or are underinsured, you may be eligible for discounted fees based on a sliding scale.
Specialized Women’s Track
What stands out most to me is their gender specific approach. You’ll have a safe, comfortable environment to focus solely on recovery with other women.
This track provides continuous support throughout the last stages of pregnancy and after delivery. Their 60 day program offers two phases focused on reaching stabilization, employment readiness, family support and community involvement.
You can access approaches tailored to the unique needs of pregnant women and mothers in recovery. You’ll benefit from a welcoming environment to share your story and connect with women on similar paths.
Job Readiness Program
I also think it’s great that they have a job readiness program. Finding stable employment is essential to promote lasting recovery. They help you build computer and job skills to find a fulfilling career.
You’ll participate in workshops, interviews, job fairs, resume writing and online job searches. Vocational and educational programs are also available. That way, you’ll leave treatment with a solid foundation to sustain recovery.
Levels of Care
-
Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.
-
PHP
Partial hospitalization programs provide comprehensive treatment in a structured setting during the day but allow you to return home at night. These programs offer a balance of inpatient and outpatient rehab and provide intensive support without full time residency.
-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.

Outpatient detox gives you access to medically supervised withdrawal services while still allowing you to live at home. You’ll attend a clinic for treatment and monitoring. This flexible option is suitable for those with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms who have strong support systems.
-

Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
