Transportation and Tribal Liaison Assistance
The Behavioral Health Program is located inside the CBN Health Center in To’Hajiilee which is about 30 minutes west of Albuquerque. Eligible patients may qualify for transportation. This is available for limited non-emergency transport with at least 24 hours notice.
The center offers on-site help from a licensed tribal liaison for Medicaid and BeWell insurance questions as well as financial assistance eligibility.
New intakes are offered daily for adults from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and for adolescents from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Reach out during behavioral health office hours to request an assessment.
