About The Security Square Center

The Security Square Center is a Chase Brexton Health Care site offering integrated substance use treatment in Windsor Mill, Maryland. The center is a larger replacement for the former Randallstown Center and takes a whole client approach that addresses mental and physical health.

STEP Clinic With Detox and MAT for Opioid and Alcohol Use

Care begins through the STEP Clinic which is a low-barrier access point with Wednesday walk-in availability and scheduled appointments. Patients must be or become Chase Brexton primary care patients to receive detox and medication management for opioid and alcohol use disorders.

Treatment includes medications such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, and acamprosate plus counseling for co-occurring mental health needs. The PRISM program offers weekly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist support and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is among the approaches used.
