DeVaughn Intervention Teach & Treat Options (DITTO) is a private non profit outpatient addiction treatment program serving Parkville and the greater Baltimore, Maryland area. Part of Eva Life Giver Inc., DITTO offers early intervention services, intensive outpatient programs, outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment for adults and adolescents facing substance use disorders.
The program takes a holistic approach to care, believing every individual deserves quality treatment and appropriate guidance to stabilize, heal and reclaim their quality of life.
Outpatient Addiction Treatment and Early Intervention in Parkville
DITTO specializes in outpatient programs designed for individuals in the early to late stages of alcohol or drug dependence, offering flexible levels of care including standard outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP). The program also provides outpatient detox with medical supervision, allowing clients to begin recovery without inpatient admission.

DITTO serves clients in person at their Parkville location on Hartford Road, accessible via local public transportation, with services Monday through Saturday mornings. The program is CARF accredited and holds state mental health department accreditation. DITTO accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, military insurance and offers a sliding fee scale based on income.

Gayle Morris, BSN, MSN, received her bachelor’s from the University of Illinois Chicago Medical Center and her first master’s from the Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She practiced nursing for over two decades with a focus on pediatric physical rehabilitation, which required mental health skills to help children, and their parents work through new challenges after a head injury or spinal cord injury. She has been a freelance writer in health, wellness, and mental health for over 15 years. She loves exercise, her dogs and guinea pigs, and gardening.
