Recovery Support Services At HOPE For NH Recovery
HOPE provides a welcoming community center with recovery coaching, mutual aid meetings, holistic wellness programming, mobile street outreach and peer run recovery housing. Guided by a many pathways philosophy, the organization blends connection, creativity and wellness practices to support recovery at every stage.
People can connect with HOPE through the drop in community center, mobile outreach on the streets, or referral from detox or treatment providers. Services include one on one peer recovery coaching, weekly telephone check ins, resource navigation and case management that helps individuals access detox, treatment, housing, health insurance and harm reduction supplies.
Peer Run and Coach Supported Recovery Housing
The community center hosts a full schedule of recovery meetings and groups, including AA, NA, SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma and gender specific gatherings. HOPE’s holistic wellness clinic offers auricular acupuncture, reiki, meditation, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, aromaththerapy and massage therapy. For those ready for stable housing, the Focus Program operates peer run, coach supported recovery residences with 2 levels: Foundation House for clients just out of detox and Momentum House for sustained recovery.
