About Into Action Sober Living — Action House
Into Action Sober Living: Action House is a structured sober living residence in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, serving men and women recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. The program emphasizes accountability, peer support and 12-step participation to help residents transitioning from treatment or incarceration maintain sobriety and build a foundation for long-term recovery. Action House provides a safe, substance-free environment where residents are supported through house expectations, recovery meetings and community-focused care.
12 Step Recovery and Peer Support
Action House centers its approach on active participation in 12-step recovery, requiring residents to attend AA or NA meetings, obtain a sponsor and work the steps as part of their stay. The program creates a recovery-focused community where accountability and peer connection drive sustained sobriety.
Residents engage in regular house meetings, follow clear expectations around curfews and chore rotations and undergo weekly drug testing to maintain a healthy, structured living environment. This model targets both immediate relapse prevention and the deeper work of building new habits, relationships, and recovery routines that support lasting change. This space is a recovery and accountability space and not a medically supervised detox space.
Life Skills and Reintegration Support
Beyond sobriety, Action House helps residents rebuild their lives through practical reintegration supports. The program encourages focus on employment, education, budgeting, goal-setting and community service as part of the recovery process, equipping residents with the tools needed to transition successfully back into independent living.

-
Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.
-
Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. They may include several components to help you maintain sobriety including therapy, community support groups and relapse prevention strategies. This gives you a network of resources as you reintegrate into your daily life.
-
Sober Living
Sober living homes provide a supportive and substance free environment for you to live in as you overcome your addiction. Residents must follow house rules and support each other's recovery journeys. Sober living fosters accountability and stability during this critical phase of recovery.
