RJ Blackley Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Ctr provides medical detoxification in an inpatient setting.
R.J. Blackley is one of  three state operated North Carolina Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Centers (ADATCs) specifically designed to provide inpatient treatment, psychiatric stabilization and medical detoxification for individuals with substance use and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses to prepare for ongoing community based treatment and recovery.
Admission is available to any adult in our region regardless of financial resources or insurance status. Patients pay on a sliding scale according to their income. North Carolina law provides for two types of admission procedures, voluntary and involuntary.
