Wilmington VAMC Kent County CBOC is a community based outpatient clinic in Dover, Delaware providing addiction treatment, mental health care and general medical services exclusively to military veterans and their families.

The clinic offers medication assisted therapy, outpatient detox, cognitive behavioral therapy and dual diagnosis treatment for veterans facing substance use and cooccurring mental health conditions.
