Clark Community Mental Health Center 3rd Street is an outpatient addiction treatment and mental health center in Monett, Missouri, serving residents of Southwest Missouri for over 50 years. The center offers comprehensive substance use and mental health services for people of all ages, including children, adolescents and adults, with specialized programs for co-occurring disorders and DWI offenders. 

Addiction Treatment Programs at Clark Community Mental Health Center

Through an Open Access model, anyone can walk in for a free initial screening, ensuring accessible, person centered care in underserved rural communities. Clients begin with a free screening and assessment, then transition into outpatient treatment tailored to their substance use and mental health needs. 

Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Disorders

Services include individual therapy, group counseling, couples and family therapy and medication assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone for opioid use disorders.

The center uses evidence based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, Matrix Model for stimulant treatment and relapse prevention to support long term recovery. Clark Community also provides SATOP certified services for DWI offenders, telehealth counseling, psychiatric medication management and school based therapy programs across 10 local school districts.

They have additional outpatient offices in Cassville, Greenfield and Aurora where they provide evidence based care.  They work with various private insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and have an open access model with free initial screen regardless of your ability to pay.
