Counseling World LLC is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment provider in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE military insurance, private health insurance, and state-financed plans.
Payment assistance includes sliding fee scales, federal or government funding, IHS/Tribal/Urban funds, Access to Recovery vouchers, and the U.S. Department of VA funds for eligible clients. Same day appointments and walk-ins are accepted when possible. Telehealth is available for remote access.

Clients needing detox treatment are referred to a local facility that offers this service.
Specialized services are available for veterans, active duty military and military families, pregnant and postpartum women, people living with HIV/AIDS, court referred individuals, and those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
