About INSynergy

INSynergy is an evidence based outpatient addiction treatment center in Creve Coeur, Missouri that offers a medical alternative to traditional 12 Step programs.

Founded by Dr. Arturo C. Taca Jr., the center specializes in personalized care for alcohol, opioids, heroin, fentanyl, benzodiazepines, and other substance use disorders using medication assisted treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy, and innovative technologies.

The center is led by a Distinguished Fellow of ASAM voted Best Doctor in the field since 2009. They accept many private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance, and VA funds. Financing options and sliding scale fees are available.

Personalized Outpatient Addiction Treatment in St. Louis

INSynergy offers three and six month outpatient programs that include individual counseling, group therapy, and family sessions without requiring inpatient hospitalization. Dr. Taca is triple board certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Preventative Medicine which allows for treatment of co-occurring mental health conditions, pain, and sleep disorders alongside addiction.

Treatment incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing with genetic testing to identify optimal medications and reduce side effects. Group sessions are offered during day and evening hours.

Innovative Detox and Medication Assisted Treatment

INSynergy pioneered the use of the FDA cleared NSS-2 Bridge Device for managing opioid withdrawal symptoms which offers home based medically supervised detox as an alternative to inpatient stays. The center also provides medication assisted treatment including Vivitrol injections, Suboxone, and naltrexone.
