Larry Simmering Recovery Center

At the Simmering Center, clients are given responsibilities as part of their treatment. They are in charge of all their meals and will have daily and weekly chores, weekly dues, as well as mandatory group meetings and/or church attendance. Participants are expected to find employment during their stay.

MAT is an evidence based treatment that reduces the risk of overdose and relapse for opioid and alcohol abuse. These FDA approved drugs are non-addictive and reduce cravings. Coupled with counseling and other behavioral therapies, MAT can be a helpful aid in long term recovery.

The Simmering Center encourages clients to self pay for treatment. State funding is available for a limited number of clients. Contact your insurance provider to see if your plan covers this treatment. Out of network benefits can vary.
