MercyOne Turning Point Treatment Center is an outpatient substance use treatment provider on MercyOne’s Dubuque, Iowa campus.
The program offers screening, adult substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment, medication assisted treatment, court-ordered evaluations and individual, group and family therapy.

MAT Services for Detox and SUDs
Turning Point provides outpatient services including screening, adult substance use treatment, co-occurring disorders care, family therapy and medication assisted treatment.

Turning Point is located at MercyOne’s Dubuque campus on Mercy Drive.
Outpatient hours run Monday through Thursday, with Friday appointments available on request and flexible scheduling to fit work and family obligations.
