Monte Nido Portland Day Treatment is a partial hospitalization program in Portland, Oregon specializing in eating disorder recovery for adults and adolescents ages 12 to 17. Eating Disorder Day Treatment
Monte Nido Portland provides six hours of daily programming that combines evidence based psychotherapy, supervised meal support and clinical guidance tailored to each client’s recovery goals. The program delivers a higher level of care than intensive outpatient treatment, making it ideal for those who need structured support without 24 hour residential placement.
Clients receive lunch, dinner and supervised snacks as part of their daily schedule, with meal support addressing both the psychological and physiological aspects of eating disorder recovery. Treatment targets the root causes of disordered eating patterns while building coping skills, normalizing eating behaviors and fostering sustainable change.
Family Centered Support
The program incorporates family involvement and education throughout treatment, recognizing that recovery extends beyond the individual. Families receive guidance and support to better understand eating disorders, improve communication and create a home environment that reinforces progress made during programming.

Levels of Care

Inpatient
