As part of New Hope Housing, the oldest and largest shelter provider in Northern Virginia since 1978, the center uniquely integrates housing counseling with addiction treatment.
Community case managers continue supporting clients after they move into permanent housing, providing critical follow up during the first three months of transition to prevent recurrence of homelessness.
