NEXUS Treatment Center is a youth-focused residential program in Lewistown, Montana providing mental health and substance use treatment for adolescents and young people. The center does not include detox but the team may provide referrals for that service.
NEXUS operates therapeutic group homes that combine structure, clinical care and community support in a small-group setting. The program takes a family-centered, trauma-informed approach to help young clients build healthy behaviors and work toward lasting recovery.
Residential Treatment
NEXUS offers residential treatment in a supportive group home model designed specifically for youth facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Young clients live in a structured, therapeutic environment where they can practice new skills with peers and receive individualized care tailored to their needs.
Clinical services include individual therapy, group counseling, psychiatric services, medication management and case management. The trauma-informed treatment model addresses the underlying experiences that often contribute to addiction and mental health struggles while family involvement helps strengthen relationships and support long-term success.
Family Support and Continued Care
Family counseling is available to help loved ones affected by addiction. Sessions may involve learning about the disease of addiction and how to be a supportive network for ongoing sobriety after treatment. Case managers can provide guidance and connections with outside resources for continued recovery assistance.

Levels of Care

Inpatient

Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
