About The Samaritan House
The Samaritan House offers short stays for men at their sober living home. Since 1965, they’ve assisted men who’ve been battling alcohol or drug addiction. They’re based in Las Vegas in Nevada. It’s next to Bunkers Eden Vale Memorial Park with Freedom Park within driving distance.
While they don’t offer detox, the facility is just a short drive away from a detox program. Detox should never be completed alone. Be sure to consult with an addiction specialist or your primary care physician to find detox or withdrawal management services near you.
Special Populations of Guys
They’re the longest standing sober living home in Las Vegas and welcome men from all walks of life. They’ve consistently welcomed men returning from incarceration. You’ll benefit from a stable space away from distractions to focus on rebuilding your life.
Holistic Approach & Hot Meals
What stands out most to me is their holistic approach. They prioritize your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being to promote whole person healing. You can enjoy three nutritious hot meals provided daily by their onsite chefs. They also offer weight training to improve your physical fitness.
Their program incorporates spirituality, emphasizing a 12 Step approach. They hold onsite meetings and require you to find a sponsor and connect with them regularly. These activities can help you build a solid recovery foundation to support your journey.
