TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services
About TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services
TRIAD Addiction Recovery Services provides substance use treatment in Wilmington, Delaware and is now operating as Limen Recovery + Wellness. The program offers a full continuum of care for adults seeking recovery. With a mission rooted in accessibility and inclusion, TRIAD serves underserved populations through a holistic, trauma-informed and person-centered approach.
Extended Stay Options
The center does not provide medication assisted treatment, but the process begins with an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. If detox is needed, the staff can refer guests to a local facility that provides that service.
The 40-bed residential program offers extended stays of 60 to 90 days. For clients needing structured support while living at home, they offer outpatient treatment with flexible schedules.
Relapse Prevention
Clients receive individual, family, and group therapy along with relapse prevention planning. They work on addressing past issues that may have contributed to substance use and develop healthier coping skills for life situations.
Case management and dual diagnosis treatment for mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety and trauma support sustained sobriety. Programming integrates 12-step support meetings, job readiness training, life skills groups, parenting classes and mindfulness and yoga wellness programs to support whole-person recovery.
The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, self-pay and sliding scale payment assistance. They offer an active Alumni program with monthly meetings to support ongoing sobriety.
