About Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center
Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an outpatient clinic providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for residents of Kent, Washington and the greater King County. They’re located at 84th Avenue South about two miles southwest of Kent Historical Museum.
They accept Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare. Kent CTC also accepts multiple commercial insurance plans and may utilize state or public funding to offset costs when available.
MAT With Buprenorphine, Suboxone and Methadone
At Kent CTC, you’ll be prescribed either Suboxone, Methadone or Buprenorphine as part of your personalized recovery plan following a thorough intake assessment. These medications ease withdrawal symptoms and curb physiological cravings.
Along with taking these medications, you’ll attend therapy sessions to unpack the psychological, emotional or traumatic experiences driving your opioid use. The counselor will help you build robust coping and relapse prevention strategies. This integrated approach helps lay a strong foundation for long-term success and abstinence.
Convenient Access To Care
You can easily access this location via King County Metro bus routes, with stops along 84th Avenue South and nearby streets. The Kent Station transit center offers additional bus and commuter rail connections.
Kent CTC offers same-day admission and 24/7 appointment scheduling, which helps you to immediately kick-start your recovery journey without delay. They even offer take-home dosing, which lets you manage your recovery more conveniently while maintaining flexibility in your daily routine.
The facility is less than a half hour away from Seattle. Outside of your treatment sessions, you can enjoy sober activities such as visiting the Space Needle or taking a walk at Kerry Park.
