About Lakeside Milam Everett
Lakeside-Milam Outpatient Rehab has over 35 years of experience. They’re based in Everett, Washington, and provide addiction treatment services to teens and adults. Private health insurance plans and self-pay options are accepted, while financial assistance programs may also be available here to those eligible.
Outpatient Rehab & Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Clients can choose between partial hospitalization programming (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and standard outpatient care. PHP requires 4.5 hours of commitment, five days a week. Participants on this program can expect to engage in a holistic blend of relapse prevention sessions, psychoeducational lectures, yoga, and meditation.
IOP is a step down and combines clinical with regular group therapy. MAT is also available in both programs. Clients are offered buprenorphine (Suboxone) or naltrexone (Vivitrol) to reduce withdrawal discomfort and associated cravings.
Addiction Education & Deferred Prosecution Programming
Alongside therapy and MAT, clients are encouraged to engage with the center’s educational programs. For example, its 8-hour drug and alcohol course goes into greater depth around how addiction works and the effects of addictive substances on the body. The course also fulfills legal requirements for clients who have been referred by the courts.
The deferred prosecution program takes place over two years and meets state guidelines for deferred prosecution cases.
Lakeside-Milam is also conveniently based near WA-99 and features ample parking for clients arriving for sessions by car. Day and evening sessions are available to suit various schedules and routines. Walter E. Hall Park and Evergreen Arboretum & Gardens are also within driving distance if you want to relax and exercise.
