About Phoenix Recovery Services Mount Vernon
Phoenix Recovery Services was located in Mount Vernon, Washington, and was a nonprofit, outpatient drug and alcohol rehab center founded in 2003. The center focused on medication assisted treatment (MAT) via Suboxone for detox and maintenance and treated individuals with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
