Clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including Suboxone, to stabilize clients with crises in their substance abuse disorders, and to prevent relapse. The facility has 16 beds, and the program lasts 7 days.

During detox, clients meet with a case management team to develop a transition plan into long-term inpatient or outpatient programs. Social services, such as housing arrangements, may be available. Referrals may be given within the Pioneer Human Services network or to outside treatment centers.
