About Wichita Comprehensive Treatment Center
The Wichita Comprehensive Treatment Center in Wichita, Kansas, specializes in accredited addiction treatment for opioid-using adults aged 18 and older, including pregnant and postpartum individuals. The facility is LGBTQ‑friendly. Commercial insurance plans are accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE and state‑funded programs. Self-pay and SAMHSA/block‑grant funding are also accepted.
Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
You can benefit from the convenience of take-home dosing to reduce your daily travel burden, as well as early-morning dosing windows starting from 5am and ending at 11am on weekdays. Reduced Saturday hours are also available. You can hit the ground running on your recovery journey with same-day admissions and 24/7 appointment scheduling.
Three MAT options are available to suit varying needs. Instead of limiting clients to a single medication, pharmacotherapy is tailored to include methadone, buprenorphine or Suboxone based on your situation. Counseling is integrated into MAT so you can simultaneously address your physical symptoms while addressing your unhealthy behavioral patterns. This therapy takes place in the center’s private counseling offices.
Individual therapy sessions help clients explore their personal triggers while building on their relapse prevention skills. Meanwhile, guided peer groups foster a collective sense of accountability, shared learning and mutual support.
