La Frontera Center Hope Center
About La Frontera Center Hope Center
La Frontera Hope Center, located in Tucson, Arizona is one of several La Frontera outpatient clinics. This clinic provides outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment for substance abuse disorders in adults.
Outpatient detox is a flexible option for those who want to quit their substance use. Individuals receive treatment at the clinic and are able to sleep in their own homes at night. This option is ideal for those who have a safe and supportive home environment and need limited treatment hours. Medications may be part of the detox process.
MAT is a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment that uses FDA-approved, non-addictive medications to treat acute alcohol or opioid addiction. Methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone (Vivitrol) may be prescribed to clients depending on their symptoms and needs. In addition to medication, counseling is a core component of MAT. In either individual or group sessions, individuals will explore the factors that led to substance use as well as develop healthy coping mechanics and stress management tools.
La Frontera Hope Center accepts Medicaid and Medicare. Clients may be referred to other community drug rehab providers some of which may be covered by private health insurance. Contact your provider to verify coverage as out of network benefits can vary.
