The Banyan Treatment Center provides adults with outpatient drug and alcohol treatment in Naperville, Illinois. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission and offers cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) , motivational interviewing (MI), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
Insurance is accepted. Payment plans and options for financial assistance are available if you don’t have insurance or have out of pocket costs.
The facility is located against the Chicago skyline in a serene metropolitan environment. The DuPage Children’s Museum and Riverwalk Park are just a couple of blocks away. This environment will allow you to focus on your recovery away from your daily life stressors and distractions.
Once you enroll, you’ll undergo a clinical evaluation. The answers you provide during your evaluation will help the staff create your treatment plan that will be completely unique to your needs. I like that your treatment plan will be updated as your needs change.
Once you have completed a detox program and if you’re still struggling with substance cravings, you’ll be able to receive Vivitrol treatment. This medication is FDA approved and will help combat your cravings and helps you with your recovery and sobriety. You’ll be required to undergo additional therapies, such as outpatient treatment. To receive Vivitrol, you must be completely sober and not in active addiction.
Your therapies will focus on relapse prevention. Among the array of therapies they offer are art therapy, music therapy and ancillary therapy. You’ll also receive nutritional education and trauma recovery. If you would like to add spiritual healing to your plan, they offer faith in recovery. They also have specialized programs for military and veterans that will focus on their specific needs.
Depending on your level of care will determine if you attend therapy either several hours a week or daily. With their partial hospitalization program (PHP) you’ll be required to attend five days a week for a total of 25 hours a week. There’ll be structured support, but you’ll have the flexibility to return home in the evenings. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers the same therapies as PHP, but with less hours of treatment per week.
