About Forever Wellness and Recovery
Forever Wellness and Recovery is an addiction and mental health treatment organization with two treatment facilities, including the one in Shreveport, Louisiana. The organization offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for clients dealing with substance use disorder (SUD), domestic violence issues, and other social and mental health concerns.
