About Heritage Behavioral Health Center

Medical detox includes residential, around the clock supervision during the difficult first few days after stopping substance use. Compassionate staff will carefully monitor clients and may administer medications to ease withdrawal symptoms. Outpatient detox is an option for those who prefer to sleep at home while still receiving detox treatment. These individuals will receive daily treatment at the facility and then return home afterward.
MAT combines the use of behavioral therapies with evidence based drugs such as methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone (Vivitrol). Complementing these medications, behavioral therapies are offered in individual, group and family sessions. Skill-building, social skills, relapse prevention and self-management may also be part of an individual’s treatment plan.
Heritage Behavioral Health Center accepts private pay, Medicaid, military insurance, and private insurance. Contact your provider to verify coverage as out of network benefits can vary. Sliding scale payment assistance is available.

Outpatient
In outpatient therapy, you’ll attend therapy sessions several times each week while living at home. This is ideal if you have a strong support system and a lower risk of relapse. Outpatient treatment offers flexibility to maintain work, school or family obligations.

Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.

Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
