About LE Phillips Libertas Treatment Center
Founded in 1977, the LE Phillips Libertas Treatment Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, was a now-defunct accredited mental health and addiction treatment facility. Certified by the State of Wisconsin, a full spectrum of comprehensive care was once available here to teens and adults.
