Gender Specific Residential Addiction Treatment in Evansville
NOW Counseling provides ASAM 3.5 clinically managed high intensity residential care with 20 beds allocated specifically by gender (12 for men, 8 for women). This gender responsive approach creates focused environments where clients can address substance use in a structured, supportive setting alongside peers with shared experiences.
Residential treatment emphasizes stabilization, skill building, and preparation for ongoing recovery. Clients praised the personalized care in testimonials, with one noting “this place is different in that it is so personal and personable,” while another shared the experience was “life changing” and staff were “fantastic, caring, and professional.”
Continuum of Care with Co-Occurring Support
Beyond residential services, NOW Counseling supports clients through multiple step down levels, including partial hospitalization with a minimum of 20 hours per week, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient with individual and group therapy. The PHP program specifically addresses co-occurring mental health disorders with medication management and stabilization support, ensuring comprehensive care for complex needs.
