Porter Starke Services Knox Campus is a nonprofit community mental health center and addiction treatment provider in Knox, Indiana. The center offers outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programs, detox and medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, and psychiatric services for mental health and substance use concerns.

Both in person and telehealth appointments are available. They accept Cigna, Anthem, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and other private insurance plans. Sliding fee scales based on income and family size are available, along with cash or self pay options and state funding assistance.
