About Regional Mental Health Strawhun Center
Regional Health Systems’ Merrillville Care Center is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) that provides mental health and addiction treatment services to clients aged 18 and older. Support extends to criminal justice clients, as well as pregnant and postpartum individuals. They’re located in Merrillville, Indiana.
State-financed health plans like Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. They also take SAMHSA funding, military plans like TRICARE and private health plans. Self-pay options are also okay along with payment assistance is available.
Drug Detox & Medically Assisted Addiction Treatment Services
Detox services are provided on both an outpatient and inpatient basis, depending on clients’ needs and preferences.
