About Road To Recovery

Road to Recovery is a nonprofit sober living program operating six recovery residences for men in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The organization provides structured evidence based recovery programming with a focus on life skills development, personal responsibility and community integration.

Road to Recovery offers a tiered housing model and holistic approach designed to support lasting sobriety and help residents rebuild their lives.

MAT Friendly Sober Living in Fort Wayne

Road to Recovery is the only sober living program in Fort Wayne that accepts all forms of Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT).

The organization removes common barriers to recovery housing for men using medication for opioid use disorder while maintaining a structured, accountable environment across all six houses.

New residents begin in a primary recovery house for a minimum of six months to one year, engaging in daily programming focused on evidence based practices, skill building and peer support.

Program graduates can then transition to a “3/4” house, continuing their sober living journey at a lower cost while maintaining independence and community connection.

Former residents consistently highlight the family like atmosphere and support that helped them become better fathers, partners and people in recovery.

Inclusive Recovery with LGBTQIA+ Support

Road to Recovery operates Rocket Man House, a dedicated residence exclusively for new residents who identify as LGBTQIA+.

This affirming space ensures all men have access to supportive safe recovery housing that meets them where they are and honors their identity throughout the recovery process.
