The Adanta Group is a community mental health and substance use treatment provider serving Campbellsville and the surrounding regions of Kentucky. The clinic offers outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder, psychiatric care and therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Adanta provides care designed to support recovery and improve emotional well-being across the lifespan.
Opioid Treatment and Medication-Assisted Recovery
Adanta’s Opioid Treatment Program delivers FDA-approved medication-assisted treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder. The program combines medications such as methadone and buprenorphine with counseling and case management to support long-term recovery.
Sessions integrate medical monitoring, individual and group counseling and recovery support services to address both the physical and psychological dimensions of opioid dependence. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, helping patients stabilize, reduce cravings and build skills for sustained sobriety.
Mental Health and Integrated Behavioral Health
Beyond substance use treatment, Adanta offers outpatient mental health services for all ages, including psychiatric care and therapy to manage depression, anxiety, trauma and other behavioral health concerns. The clinic also provides Integrated Behavioral Health services in primary care settings to ensure coordinated care for co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
The Adanta Group includes 24/7 crisis services available by phone. The clinic is part of Adanta’s regional network of community mental health centers across central Kentucky.

Outpatient
