Detox for Opioid Use Disorder
The center provides detox and medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence using Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade. They also offer ketamine IV infusion therapy for treatment resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, chronic pain, and postpartum depression, administered under continuous medical supervision.
Tidewater Health’s Unique Approach
Tidewater Health uses a proprietary Ketamine PLUS therapy protocol that customizes dosing based on individual needs, which they describe as up to 50 percent more effective than standardized ketamine therapies. All ketamine infusions are monitored by a physician with continuous heart rate, oxygen, EKG, and blood pressure tracking.
Tidewater Health serves motivated adults recovering from opioid dependence including those withdrawing from prescription pain medications, heroin, or fentanyl. The center also treats individuals with mood disorders who have not responded to traditional treatments.
