About Amended Recovery House

Amended Recovery House is a sober living home in Hollywood, Florida, providing structured transitional housing for men in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. Residents participate in outpatient treatment while building the foundations for long term sobriety through 12 Step programming, peer support and accountability. The program emphasizes personal responsibility, employment and community integration to prepare men for independent, substance free living.

Sober Living Programs at Amended Recovery House

Men entering Amended Recovery House are actively engaged in outpatient addiction treatment and need a safe, structured environment to support their recovery. They must have completed detox before admission. Weekly house meetings allow residents to set and review goals, while group counseling and one on one check ins provide opportunities for reflection and support.

Residents are required to attend at least four 12 Step meetings per week, acquire a sponsor within the first week and obtain employment within two weeks of admission.

What Treatment Options Are Available?

Weekly drug screenings, life skills training, resume assistance and mentorship from experienced recovery peers help maintain accountability and prepare men for successful reintegration into everyday life. The available amenities include shared rooms, on site laundry, WiFi, lounge areas for fellowship and parking for residents with vehicles.

Participants must maintain sobriety, attend four weekly meetings, secure employment within two weeks and participate in daily household responsibilities. The program costs $250 per week and offers a self pay model with a recommended minimum stay of four months.
