About Coastal Horizons Center
For over 45 years, Coastal Horizons Center has been a community focused nonprofit organization located in Wilmington, North Carolina. They provide a continuum of services for mental health needs including evidence based substance use recovery programs. There’s medication assisted treatment if you have an opioid use disorder There are specialized programs for children, adults, and those in the criminal justice system. They also serve families.
The services are offered in an outpatient setting. They offer wraparound services to meet the diverse needs of the greater Eastern Carolina region. Other support you’ll find here includes crisis interventions for kids as young as six, wellness programs for marginalized individuals, and justice services. There are also DWI services offered through a telehealth setting here as well. They accept Medicaid.
