Grace Land Recovery
About Grace Land Recovery
Grace Land Recovery is located in Cordova, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis, and specializes in helping people with co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders, including substance use. They take a holistic approach to treatment alongside medical detox and medication assisted treatment. One local landmark is Walnut Grove Lake.
They work with most major insurance plans and can help you understand what’s covered before you get started.
Three Step Approach to Detox and MAT
They take a three-step approach to detox, which can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. First, they’ll evaluate your physical and mental health to see what substances are in your system and in what amounts.
That’ll help them decide if medication assisted treatment (MAT) is right for you. If it is, Suboxone, buprenorphine, methadone, naltrexone, naloxone, acamprosate or disulfiram may be prescribed to help manage withdrawal symptoms.
During the stabilization process, you’ll experience withdrawal. A team of experts will work with you to make the process as comfortable as possible by providing mental health support, nourishing meals and any necessary MAT.
Once you’re stable, treatment enters the final stage. You may still receive some form of MAT to control cravings, and you’ll step down to inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient or outpatient treatment, which includes therapy, counseling and support groups.
Therapies Offered
They offer several different types of therapy including brain mapping, experiential therapy and anger management therapy. Telehealth services can make treatment more accessible, reduce costs and improve scheduling options.

One client said, “I am a grateful recovering addict that had reached out to them in pure desperation after suffering for 25 years in addiction and feeling hopeless. They are one of the main reasons today that I can live my best life.”
