HUGS Recovery is a CARF accredited nonprofit addiction treatment provider offering outpatient programs, telehealth services, and mental health care in Atlanta, Georgia. With over two decades of experience and a team of masters level clinicians the center delivers client centered care rooted in lived experience and clinical expertise.

The organization holds multiple accreditations including CARF, The Joint Commission, and state mental health department recognition. HUGS Recovery operates on a private pay model with telehealth services starting as low as $150 per month, and offers free consultations to discuss treatment options.

Outpatient Detox and Other Programs

HUGS Recovery provides Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and outpatient detox for adults. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, family counseling, and couples counseling tailored to each client’s needs.

Treatment integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, and detox and Medication Assisted Treatment using Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Disulfiram. Sessions focus on relapse prevention, trauma counseling, anger management, and 12 step facilitation.

Telehealth and Teletherapy Options

HUGS Recovery now offers telehealth and teletherapy services available globally. Virtual sessions provide the same clinical rigor as in person treatment with added flexibility for clients balancing recovery with work, family, or other commitments.
