Evolve Indy is a Joint Commission-accredited addiction treatment center in Indianapolis, Indiana that specialize in dual diagnosis care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The center offers evidence based clinical care with adventure based programming in a retreat like setting.
Medication Assisted Detox and Programs
Evolve Indy provides a full continuum of care including partial hospitalization with 30 hours of weekly group therapy plus individual sessions, intensive outpatient programs offering 15-25 hours per week, and traditional outpatient services with one to three group sessions weekly.
All programs integrate evidence based therapies like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention with holistic approaches including adventure based outings, art therapy, yoga, and meditation. Evolve Indy offers inpatient and outpatient detox and medication assisted treatment.
Dual Diagnosis and Other Specialized Treatments
The center serves adults and young adults of all genders in gender-specific housing, with LGBTQ+ friendly programming and specialized support for first responders, veterans, active military, college students, and professionals.
Evolve Indy treats addiction to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other substances, while addressing co-occurring conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and trauma.
