About Integrated Family Services Greenville

Integrated Family Services Greenville is a behavioral health provider serving Eastern North Carolina with crisis response, outpatient therapy and care management services for mental health and substance use concerns.

The Greenville location connects community members to mobile crisis stabilization, psychiatric services and linkages to detox and higher levels of care when needed.

IFS offers 24/7 crisis access and coordinated support designed to meet people where they are, whether at home, in the community or during urgent behavioral health needs.

24/7 Crisis Services for Mental Health and Substance Use

IFS operates a Mobile Crisis Management team available around the clock to respond to behavioral health crises, including substance use emergencies.

The team provides stabilization interventions, crisis prevention planning and direct linkage to detox or other specialized services across multiple Eastern North Carolina counties, regardless of insurance status.

The program is opening a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) in fall 2025, offering rapid triage, assessment and short term stabilization for mental health and substance use crises as an alternative to hospital emergency departments.

Services focus on immediate safety, symptom management and coordinated discharge planning to connect individuals with appropriate follow up care.

Family Centered Care for Children and Adolescents

IFS provides Intensive In Home Services and Tailored Care Management for children and adolescents with mental illness or substance use issues.

These programs bring therapy, crisis support, skills training and care coordination into the home and community, partnering with families, schools and other providers to stabilize youth and reduce the need for higher levels of placement.
