Nashville Rescue Mission Life Recovery Program is a long term residential recovery program in Nashville, Tennessee serving men struggling with alcohol addiction, drug addiction and other life controlling issues. The program combines faith based spiritual formation with group and individual counseling, structured recovery classes and work therapy to address the root causes of addiction.
This Christ centered approach helps participants build a solid foundation for lasting life change through accountability, personal responsibility and practical life skills.
Faith Based Addiction Recovery
The Life Recovery Program offers a comprehensive, four phase curriculum designed to help men break free from addiction and homelessness. Participants engage in Bible study and chapel services, individual and group counseling and recovery classes covering relapse prevention and anger management, financial planning and parenting, healthy relationships and job readiness.
The structured program typically takes 12 to 18 months to complete and focuses on transformation physically and mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sessions combine spiritual growth with evidence informed recovery education, helping residents uncover underlying issues while building coping skills and preparing for independent living.
Multi Phase Structure
The program progresses through distinct phases, beginning with a stable environment and life skills training in Phase I, advancing to job training and education in Phase II and emphasizing practical application through work therapy in Phase III. Phase IV prepares participants for independence with employment assistance, housing stability planning and ongoing discipleship, followed by aftercare alumni support and Celebrate Recovery community engagement.

Nashville Rescue Mission Life Recovery Program is located at 1716 Rosa L Parks Boulevard in Nashville and provides in person residential care for men. Shelter is provided as long as needed, and there is no charge for participation in the Life Recovery Program.

Levels of Care

Inpatient
Inpatient and residential programs provide round-the-clock medical and emotional support as you live at the treatment facility. This level of care may be recommended if you have severe addictions or mental health conditions since it removes outside distractions and allows you to focus solely on therapy.

Dual Diagnosis
Dual diagnosis programs address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions simultaneously. This integrated approach to care improves the likelihood of long term recovery and stability by addressing the root causes of addiction.

Aftercare
Aftercare programs provide ongoing support after you complete a rehab program. Inpatient detox occurs in a dedicated treatment facility. You’ll live there around the clock and receive intensive medical support and supervision to help manage your withdrawal symptoms. It is suitable for individuals with moderate to severe addictions as it ensures a stable detox environment.

Medication assisted treatment combines medication and counseling to manage withdrawal and reduce cravings for opioid and alcohol addiction. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine or naltrexone. MAT is tailored to your needs so you can actively participate in your treatment journey.
