About Nassau Alternative Advocacy Prog Inc Substance Treatment and Court Services
Nassau Alternative Counseling Center (NACC), licensed by New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, is a nonprofit community base multi-service program providing a broad range of intervention and treatment services to adults, youths and families suffering from substance abuse, substance dependence and co-occurring mental health problems. The center employs a highly skilled, experienced professional staff of psychologists, social workers, Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Counselors, consulting psychiatrist and medical doctor.
Flexibility and client-specific planning is the cornerstone of the program which allows us to address the special needs of ours clients.
All clients are required to submit to a detailed psychosocial assessment as well as a substance abuse evaluation and medical evaluation in order to develop an individualized treatment plan.
