About Sunrise Sober Living
Sunrise Sober Living is a mens only sober living residence in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, offering structured transitional housing for men recovering from substance use disorders. The program combines 12 Step immersion, peer mentoring, individual and group therapy and comprehensive life skills training to help residents build independence and maintain sobriety.
Clients appreciate the safe, recovery centered environment, the compassionate leadership from staff with lived recovery experience and the balance of accountability and support. While sober living doesn’t provide detox or MAT services, it can provide you with a referral to a local resource that meets your needs.
What Programs Does Sunrise Sober Living Offer?
Sunrise Sober Living provides sober living and transitional housing with stays typically lasting 30 days or longer. Residents participate in individual therapy, group therapy, weekly mandatory house meetings, life skills training and peer mentoring, all grounded in evidence based recovery techniques and 12 Step principles.
Who Can Get Help Here?
The residence serves men who are transitioning from inpatient or outpatient addiction treatment and need continued structure and support. It is MAT friendly, welcoming residents on medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders.
What Is Daily Life Like At Sunrise Sober Living?
Residents live in semi private rooms with amenities including air conditioning, free WiFi, parking and laundry facilities. The program requires at least four outside recovery meetings per week plus one weekly house meeting, weekly random drug testing and maintains a zero tolerance policy for substances. An on site house manager provides support and residents benefit from employment and educational assistance, money management services and group outings.
